Our very first real estate deal was a multi million dollar property that sat on two acres and the main house complete with eight bedrooms, nine bath rooms including the primary suit on the main and a second story mother in law suit including a second story three bedroom and three bath guest home all on eleven thousand square feet. This property was a nine month flip. The Iconic One Group Inc earned a six figure profit in nine months, not to mention a deep desire to continue in the real estate business.
